Billing and Payment Options

Corporate accounts are assigned a number to be used for reservations, changes and cancellations. This number will also be used to consolidate the account expenses.

Clients can choose either one of these two flexible billing payment options:

  • Bill service to individual customer's credit card. Wellesley Carriage accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
  • Bill corporate account in a single itemized monthly bill. Payments are expected two weeks after billing date.

Terms and Conditions

Corporate business accounts are billed monthly. An 18% service fee, based on total fare, will be added to the bill. All out-of pocket expenses, such as tolls and parking, will be added to the bill.

Cancellation and No-Show Charges

Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation charges. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for all cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No-Shows will be charged the full fare. Wellesley Carriage will check on the status of all incoming flights for delays and early arrivals, however if your flight has been changed or cancelled you are responsible for informing Wellesley Carriage.
